Sometime footage will come in and it may not be up to par / in line with your requirements. Don't worry, you can always ask for a reshoot, as long as it's following the same instructions originally provided.
Things to ask for reshoots on:
Poor lighting / sound
Mispronounced words
Didn't follow instructions
Low energy
